HOW TO... Make Paper Flowers

SUPPLIES: Sheets of colorful tissue paper; craft wire strips, scissors.

1. Cut long strips of paper.

2. Stack 3 to 6 strips of paper on top of each other.

3. Starting with long end, fold like a fan.

4. Fold this in half to mark the center.

5. With scissors, snip on both sides of the center the paper about 1/3rd deep.

6. Wrap wire around the center of the paper, twist to secure.

7. Carefully pull out each sheet of paper.

8. Fluff paper until you like the flower's shape.

9. Arrange into a bouquet or use to decorate your tables & walls at a Fiesta.
