PEC FRG Conference

"Extreme You" - Focused on Faith, Family, Friends, Self, Community, PEC... the 2005 theme for our FRG Morning Conference spring boarded many into the New Year. The morning began with coffee and donuts. COL and Mrs. Newton welcomed participants and during the first hour Phyllis Hodges empowered participants to be Fit-4-Life.

The day continued with information on: Financial Fitness; Attitude "FISH" Fitness; Reaching Goals Fitness.

And the morning conference was capped off with a delicious bowl of home-made chili and great fellowship! A morning that definitely inspire the Extreme You!

Ms. Hodges provided three copies of "A Divine Connection" her recently published book. She even gave everyone an opportunity to obtain a signed copy to take home.
