say what a pleasure it is to be with you. SMTC knows how to have an OFF-SITE!
The purpose of my presentation today is to convey the vision and function of
Family Readiness at the Professional Education Center. Tricia will follow me
with a more in-depth discussion.
Some of you may have
recently come from another Family Readiness Group -- you will more
than likely find differences in how it is accomplished at PEC.
Regardless -- “Ready
Families” is our common goal.The methods of achieving that at PEC are based on:
•INTENT of the PEC Commandant
•The DEMOGRAPHICS of our troops and families
•The willingness of responsibleindividuals
to each do their part
