FIESTAS PAST

"Noches de Ronda" The Courthouse Show at Old Spanish Days in Santa Barbara, California.
Why aren’t Spanish styled bull-fights allowed in the USA?  One day I'll tell you the rest of the story of Grandfathers' famous first and last Spanish Style bullfight project!
This proud mother watched Dete perform with  Ziva’s Flamenco Troup sponsored by the Embassy of Spain at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington D.C Dete's classmates learn 'How to Put on a Fiesta' at CAC outside Little Rock, AR.
Teresa and bro’s Fiesta children's parade debut...  Why a second place?  The answer is found in the lack of knowledge of folks who only know "Hollywood's" depiction of what sinoritas wear. What parade did the “De La Guerra Wedding” party re-enactment find their bride falling backwards off her horse -lace, flowers, shawl and all- only to hop back the horse  saying, “I could have had a V-8”!  Look closer at the right side bump.

The Family Tradition Continued...as Dete prepares for a Las Vegas experience.   Her natural grace, passion, presences is captivating!  What I have to work hard to accomplish, she does with ease!
